Delivery

COPE uses TNT Post as package delivery service. We pack carefully so that the chance of damage is minimized. Larger packages are delivered by GLS Nederland.
You can choose to follow your package using TNT Post Track & Trace service. If you wish to do this, please inform us and we will include your bar code in your confirmation email. If you are not at home, your package will be delivered to a neighbour. Unfortunately COPE has no influence on delays caused by TNT Post or GLS Nederland.
The following tariffs apply to deliveries within most European countries, depending on the total amount in the order.

  • 18 euros for packages up to 10 kg, code B
  • 27 euros for packages from 10 to 30 kg or longer than 120cm
  • pallet delivery from 175cm or 30 kg

For delivery codes C and D, tariffs will be adjusted according to country, weight and size. In this case, you will find the tariff on the final invoice. In case of a combination from A/B and C or D delivery codes, we try to ship the parts together. If not possible parts with C or D codes will be send seperatly with additional delivery costs.

 

All parts which we send are insured against damages, so you are covered for any damages during transportation. You only pay delivery costs once per order however many items your order. Your shopping cart will automatically show you the relevant delivery costs.
It is also possible to collect your order from our warehouse. In this case no delivery charges will be made.
You should complete your order online even if you decide to collect the items yourself.

 

 

 

 


Payment Information

Pre-payment

You can pay in the following ways:

     Pre-payment means that you transfer the payment to COPE s account after completing your order.

Pre-payment is safe and incurs no additional charges. Please make allowance for one to three days for the payment to be cleared. Remember to state your order number and invoice number from your order confirmation email. You can find our international bank account number in the email you received after completing your order; this email contains both the confirmation of your order as well as your invoice. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you your items as quickly as possible. You can use the following bank account number for pre-payments: NL88RABO0143923676, COPE, Emmen, the Netherlands. International Bankinformation can be found on the definite invoice.

PAYPAL

Payment can also be done by adding the invoice amount on our Paypal account. In this case we have to charge 5% extra costs due to the

commission costs Paypal charges us for every insured transaction. Mention Paypal at remarks in the order form if you want to use this way of payment/


Service and Returns

Should you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@copeparts.nl
You will then receive the information you need in order to return your article.

Returned goods should always be stamped with sufficient postage.
